Bind rotated out when Act 3 began in April 2026. It had no middle area at all, only two teleporters connecting the sites, so fast duelists and utility that covered both teleporters saw the most play.

Tiers come from vlr.gg agent pick rate pages for the three VCT 2026 regional Stage 2 leagues on current pool maps and the matching Stage 1 leagues for maps that later rotated out, checked against official Riot patch notes for map pool and design details.
